🛍️ Ordering, Payment & Products

Q: Do you ship outside of the UK?

A: No, currently we only deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom (UK).

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept all major payment methods supported by our sales platforms (Shopify, Amazon, etc.), as well as cash or card payments for in-person sales at markets and stands.

Q: Are your product descriptions always exact?

A: We work hard to ensure all descriptions and visual representations are accurate. However, fragrance and colour are subjective. We cannot warrant that descriptions are completely error-free. Please review details before purchase.

Q: I have known skin sensitivities. Should I use your products?

A: It is your responsibility to review the ingredient list before use. We are not liable for adverse reactions, allergies, or sensitivities resulting from the use of our products. If you have concerns, please contact us first.

 

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Q: What shipping options do you offer and what is the cost?

A: We offer two main tracked options:

·       Royal Mail Tracked 48 Service: £2.95 (Estimated 2-3 Business Day after dispatch).

·       EVRI Standard Tracked Service: £2.58 (Estimated 2–4 Business Days after dispatch).

Q: How long until my order is dispatched?

A: We aim to process and prepare your order within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday). This processing time is added to the carrier's transit time.

Q: Will I receive a tracking number?

A: Yes. For all orders, excluding small sample bottles, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

 

↩️ Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return window?

A: We offer a 30-day return policy. You must request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Q: Can I return a perfume bottle I have already used?

A: Generally, No. To be covered by our guarantee, the package seal must not be removed or bottles must not have been sprayed. The item must otherwise be in the same condition as you received it, in original packaging.

Q: What should I do if my order is damaged?

A: Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective or damaged, contact us immediately at customerservice.veriscent@outlook.com. We will require photographic evidence of the damage to process a replacement or refund.

Q: Are there any items I cannot return?

A: Yes. We cannot accept returns on certain items, including sale items, gift cards, hazardous materials, and items that have been extensively used.

Q: Who pays for return shipping?

A: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs may be deducted from your final refund amount.

A: We collect information necessary to fulfill your order (name, address, payment details), provide customer support, and, with your consent, send you marketing. This data is collected directly from you and automatically via our online platforms (e.g., Shopify, social media).

Q: Can I request to see or delete the data you hold about me?
