Refund and Returns Policy

At Veriscent Ltd., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of perfumes and scented goods. This policy outlines your rights and our process for returns, refunds, and exchanges.
1. Returns Window and Eligibility (30 Days)
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
· Packaging and Warranty: For a change-of-mind return or exchange, the original outer polythene packaging must be completely intact and unopened.
o Please Note: The warranty for your purchase is considered void if the outer polythene packaging has been removed or damaged.
· Condition: Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and with all original tags attached.
· Proof of Purchase: You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Damages, Issues, and Faulty Atomisers
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If you identify a fault or damage to the inner product (such as a faulty atomiser or leaking bottle) while the outer packaging is still intact or immediately upon discovery:
1. Immediate Communication: You must contact us immediately at customerservice.veriscent@outlook.com.
2. Photographic Evidence: You are required to provide clear photographic evidence of the damage or fault. This evidence is necessary before a decision can be made regarding a refund or exchange.
3. Evaluation: Once the evidence is reviewed, we will evaluate the issue and make it right, which may include a replacement or refund.
3. Wrong Item Received (Incorrect Orders)
In the event that you receive a different product from the one you ordered:
· Do Not Open: Please do not remove the outer polythene packaging.
· Contact Us: Notify us immediately so we can arrange for the correct item to be sent to you and provide instructions for the return of the incorrect item.
4. How to Start a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return, you must first contact us to request authorization:
1. Contact: Send an email to customerservice.veriscent@outlook.com.
2. Authorization: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. Shipping Instructions: If your return is accepted, we will send you detailed instructions on where and how to send your package.
Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the original item (under the conditions in Section 1) for a refund and then place a separate purchase for the new item. We only offer direct replacements for items that are verified as defective or damaged.
5. Non-Returnable Items (Exceptions)
Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned due to hygiene, safety, or regulatory reasons:
· Items where the outer polythene seal/packaging has been broken or damaged.
· Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
· Personal care goods (such as beauty products).
· Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
· Gift cards.
· Sale items (Only regular priced items may be refunded).
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
1. Notification: We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the packaging and product.
2. Processing: If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, typically within 10 business days.
3. Bank Delay: Please remember that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
7. Shipping Costs for Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless the item is faulty/incorrect).
· Shipping costs are non-refundable.
· If a refund is issued, the cost of the original return shipping will be deducted from your total refund amount.
· If shipping an item valued over £40, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
